- 50% of what you pay is NOT refundable, the other 50% is refundable if you end up not liking the suit or something etc. But if you do get the 50% refund, you will not be receiving the head. If I have already started patterning the suit, you will not be aloud to get a refund.

- WE DO NOT WORK WITH PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 13. if you are younger than 16 we require that we get some sort of proof from your guardian that you have permission to get the suit.

- You are NOT aloud to change the design of the suit after you have payed. by this I mean during the process of me making your suit, you are not aloud to change up the design of the suit. such as making us add a extra marking, making us add horns etc. after you have received the suit, then of course you are aloud to change the suits design.

-If you change your suits fur pattern after you have received the suit, please make sure to still give credit to us for making the suit. but of course you may take credit for anything you have added/changed to the suit.

- if we are taking on a trade, any of the items we receive from the trade are ours to keep. we get to decide weather we want to sell/keep them. same goes for you.

-DO NOT harass us for updates. I, the creator of High Tide Studios, am still in school. which means I have homework and projects I may need to get done. School comes first. and don't forget that I am a human and have real life problems that may come up. BUT I will certainly try my best to work on your suit as much as I can. I try to at least work 2-3 times a week.

- We only take PayPal. its the most comfortable way of paying for me.
